We help you understand the difference between the aspects of your life that you can control and those that you cannot control. What can you control? You can control what and how much you eat; your level of physical exercise; how you react to stress, even if you cannot control all the stresses in your life; and which of your friends and family members you want in your life. At Progressive Health and Rejuvenation, our lifestyle coaching programs includes recommendations and support in three major areas: nutrition, fitness and stress reduction.

Lifestyle Changes That Can Slow Aging

In addition to exercise and eating a healthy diet, the following specific actions have been proven to make us look and feel younger:
